A single workbook now carries a 60-plus validation rules engine that resolves issues upstream: flagging hours over 16, detecting craft-class variance per employee, and auto-generating balanced correction lines that back out the error and re-enter it as clean straight and overtime. Rules live as editable data on a visible mapping tab, so the client changes business logic without touching the build.
